About US

Brandon Frerichs is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP), who specializes with adolescents and young adults in better understanding themselves and their unique mental health needs. He understands how difficult it can be to express yourself, and believes everyone has a voice to be heard or a story to share. 

Brandon received his masters of science in Nebraska at UNK, he then worked at a psychiatric hospital on the adolescent unit for six years, and has over 16 years working with the adolescent/young adult population.

Brandon is an advocate and ally for the LGBTQIA+ population.

Olivia Frerichs specializes in the treatment of trauma, particularly for adults experiencing the effects of childhood abuse including forms of sexual, physical and emotional abuse.

She has experience working at a non-profit agency that helps survivors of domestic violence, stalking, dating violence, and sexual assaults to heal and recover and gain access to community resources.

Olivia achieved her Master’s Degree in Nebraska at UNK and has been trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)as well as trauma-informed care and working with LGBTQ+ populations.

Pathways Mental Health was founded in 2017

Everyone has different paths in their lives which are available to them, sometimes these paths are difficult to know exist, let alone see. Pathways main goal is to shed light upon those paths and allow alternative options for personal growth/insight.
